We are a travel-based, luxury makeup service, offering services throughout the DFW Metroplex. We specialize in a variety of stunning looks—from “Natural Glam” to “Bridal” to “Celeb Glam”. Each session is carefully tailored to suit your unique features and lifestyle. We offer the first 20 miles of travel complimentary. Overage will incur an additional fee based on distance—discussed during consult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We offer a 15-minute grace period, before a $15 late fee is applied. After 20 minutes, the appointment is canceled, the retainer fee forfeited, and 50% of the balance due. We require a 24-hour notice for a booking fee transfer. Same-day cancellations forfeit the retainer fee and 50% of the balance is due. Appointment cancellations can be requested by call or kakedbykennn@gmail.com. Clients that do not show to their appointment at their scheduled time and/or fail to contact us regarding the appointment, forfeit the retainer fee, 50% of the balance is due, and are barred from future bookings with Kaked by Kenn. If the Makeup Artist cancels, a full retainer fee refund is provided, and the Artist will make reasonable accommodations to find you another MUA.
